your first landmark: Stadthuys. Explore this well-preserved building dating back to 17th-century Dutch traders. Then take in a panoramic view of the city and surroundings from the top of St. Paul’s Hill, site of St. Paul's Church.
Visit the fortress of A Famosa, considered among the oldest surviving European architectural remains in Southeast Asia.
St. Paul's Church is a historic church building in Malacca City, Malaysia that was originally built in 1521, making it the oldest church building in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. It is located at the summit of St. Paul's Hill and is today part of the Malacca Museum Complex comprising the A Famosa ruins, the Stadthuys and other historical buildings.
After a break for lunch (own expense), follow our guide on foot down Jonker Street in Chinatown. You'll find many antique shops, clothing and craft outlets, and restaurants where you can taste authentic Malacca desserts such as chendol, shaved ice mixed with coconut milk, palm sugar, red beans, and green jelly.
Your guide also makes a stop at Cheng Hoon Teng, a Chinese temple that incorporates elements of Taoism, Confucianism, and Buddhism.

Traveler reviews
Malacca tour
We were glad that Sathesh accompanied us to tour Malacca today. The food he chose for us to eat was delicious. Aside from being hot and humid today, everything went very well. Thank you Sathesh for your superb service. Hopefully we will be able to meet again next time we visit KL. Thank you.
Excellent experience
Yuvanesh was a brilliant guide. Very knowledgeable, great sense of humour. All made for a great day out that I would recommend to anyone.
Great experience
Excellent tour. Yuvanesh was a great guide - hugely knowledgeable and great company. Thoroughly recommend this trip.
Great guide and good to see Malacca again
Excellent tour Siva our guide was excellent. Very nice man and very knowledgeable. Good driver very accommodating. Last time we were in Malacca was 20 years ago and all of its history and the old families are gone. Highly commercialised and high rise everywhere. We were disappointed that all of that history seems to have been thrown away and replaced with bars and restaurants. Siva made it a great trip.
Interesting but uncomfortable
Perfect driver, but for the price we thought we could benefit from a less read modern and more comfortable car with not smashed seats
