How far in advance should you arrive at the meeting point?

You must be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time of the experience, queuing in an orderly fashion, so that the staff can check in your booking and you can board the bus.

Are child tickets available?

Yes. Tickets are available for children ages 5 to 15. Children under 4 travel free, but must sit on their caregiver's lap when the service is complete. All children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are the buses wheelchair accessible?

No, the bus tour is not wheelchair accessible.

There are two departure times available: 9:30 AM and 12:00 PM.
The 9:30 AM Express (half-day) tour returns to Madrid at approximately 3:30 PM, while the 12:00 PM Express (half-day) tour returns at approximately 6:00 PM.
All tour durations include round-trip travel time.
If you choose the 9:30 AM tour, it includes a special panoramic tour of the city

Tour Schedule

We offer daily departures from two convenient locations in central Madrid, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for your schedule.

Departure from Gran Vía (Visitor Centre – San Bernardo 5) : Departs at 9:00am and 11:30am, returning to Madrid at approximately 3:30pm and 6:00pm.

Departure from Neptuno (Tourist Information Kiosk, Fuente Neptuno) : Departs at 9:30am and 12:00pm, returning to Madrid at approximately 3:30pm and 6:00pm.

Please arrive at the departure location at least 15 minutes before your chosen departure time.

Approximate Itinerary

Travel to Toledo (approx. 60 minutes), visit a traditional damascene workshop (30 minutes), and enjoy a guided walking tour through the historic city, including the Alcázar area (60 minutes). Afterwards, enjoy approximately 2 hours of free time to explore Toledo at your own pace, with the option to visit Santo Tomé Church (available only with the 12:00pm departure option), before departing Toledo and returning to Madrid.
