Traveler reviews
Excellent transportation, their guides need to improve.
The bus is comfortable. The signal receivers fail quite a bit and the guides do not provide a solution, their response left much to be desired. The guide Elena who led us in Segovia has a terrible attitude, she does not calculate the times well and does not give any recommendations about places or consider that people want to take some photographs to remember their journey. She simply walks to the side while trying to explain if the receiver allows it, otherwise you are left to imagine or fill in the gaps in the stories.
Best tour
This has been the best tour from Madrid ! We love it !!! Guides were great ! Laura and Federico !!! Highly recommended
Interesting excursion, especially in Segovia.
Wonderful excursion in Segovia, with Laura, a motivated and engaging guide. Disappointment in Ávila with guide Gloria, who did not allow us to hear her comments in the church because we bought the tickets at the box office.
Fun day in Segovia and Avila
Pick up was on time. Guides very organized and courteous. The ride was comfortable. Our guide, David, was very knowledgeable, took his time to explain the historic sites in detail, encouraged questions. He is passionate about his country’s history. We enjoyed our trip thoroughly. We highly recommend the tour operator and especially David.
My walk through Segovia and Avila
Indeed, a great experience, a very beautiful place, and Carlos's knowledge deserves my respect; he is a very kind person with great experience and culture. I felt very pleased to take this tour.
