I booked this transportation to go from the Renaissance at Puerto Cancun to the airport coming from Isla Mujeres via a resort boat. When we got to the port a yacht had decided to park in our boat's spot and we had to wait for them to leave, making us about 15 minutes late. Darwin was our driver and communication from him via WhatsApp was top notch. He waited for us and was right there for us to be picked up when we finally could park. He made sure we were comfortable and I was very happy with the service overall. I've used STP Caribe probably 6-8 times and I have been pleased with the service each and every time.
