Mr Kevin was my driver and he went above and beyond during my transportation service with STP! He was nice and made sure I was comfortable along the way. I will definitely book with STP again and request for Mr. Kevin every time!
Excellent service
Upon landing, they sent a message to confirm if we had luggage, but unfortunately, I missed their message as I didn't think they needed any more information. When I reached the designated meeting point, they did not have a sign displayed. Thankfully, I watched their helpful instructional videos beforehand, which made it easier for me to identify them by their uniform. The car arrived about 10 minutes after I reached the meeting point, as they had delayed it in case we needed to wait for luggage. I would recommend checking your phone and ensuring you have mobile data upon landing, as I mistakenly believed I had provided all necessary information prior to my flight, and they didn't ask for further details that morning. The car was spacious and very comfortable. Our driver, Juan Daniel, was friendly and professional. We were offered cold towels, beers, and water in an icebox. Onboard Wi-Fi was available, and the music selection was perfect for our trip. Overall, I would highly recommend this car service for anyone traveling to or from Cancun airport.
