"THE JOURNEY OF LIFE"

It was a sensational experience, 3,000 km within Egypt, I visited 17 archaeological sites and tourist attractions in six nights and seven days including Cairo, Alexandria, Aswan and Abu Simbel. Road transfers, air transfers and comfortable accommodation were completed according to the schedule. Guides with ownership and a lot of competence, highlighting the young Sahin, Zara, the young Omar and the experienced Zacharias. It was wonderful days filled with historical knowledge and cultural knowledge. good food and don't fail to taste the juice of Ibisco, refreshment of the desert!!!

Don't waste your time and your money!!!

My worst experience with a tour agency!!! Yesterday I took the one day tour by plane from Cairo to Luxor and to start with they don't warn you how complicated it is to take a local flight in Egypt. Arriving I was well received and by the driver and the guide everything was fine, the problem began since the tour page indicates that they will give you some time in a hotel at the end of the tour so you can relax and then take you to the hotel and transfer to the airport. However, after finishing the tour they immediately took me to the airport and I had to wait more than SiX hours for my flight and believe me, you don't want to stay in the Luxor airport for more than two hours! I complained about this to the WhatsApp of the agency and so far they did not bother to respond. Do not spend your time and money with them and look for another option.

Robbed of our experience to Luxor

I recently had the opportunity to go on a day trip to Luxor, and while the destination itself is incredible, my experience with the tour operator was distasteful. To begin with, the day my boyfriend and I arrived to Cairo our flight was unfortunately delayed and we had 30 minutes to catch the flight to Luxor. Our luggage was also lost so we requested the Tour operator to reschedule tour due to our circumstances with no clothes, etc. and we agreed to pay an additional fee to reschedule flight. Upon the next day, I tried contacting the tour operator through WhatsApp to seek confirmation on new tour date and time. No response. I again reached out the next day via WhatsApp and viator chat and unfortunately my messages still went unanswered, leading to uncertainty and frustration. Eventually, we had to get viator involved. Once viator stepped in, only then did the tour operator respond. Due to the uncertainty of tour operator rescheduling tour and lack of communication, we eventually had to request partial refund as our final days in Egypt were approaching. The partial refund and full refund was denied. We had 7 days in Cairo and not once had this tour rescheduled as agreed. The tour operators lack of responsiveness severely impacted my overall experience. Despite their initial agreement to reschedule the tour date, the tour operators continued lack of communication only suppressed our enjoyment in Egypt as we tried contacting them during other tours. As a result, I cannot fully recommend this tour operator due to their poor communication and failure to withhold their word to reschedule. Above all, we did get to take a day trip to Luxor with a different company(With no help from this tour operator). This company was able to schedule our flight on the preferred day we requested despite this tour operator stating it wasn’t available. I sincerely hope this tour operator address these issues and improves their customer service.

One of the most amazing experiences of my life! For those enamored with Egyptian history and great food/company! :)

I had one of the most amazing days of my life in Luxor with Shereen (our guide) and Ramadan (our driver). We had only two full days in Cairo, and I am so grateful that I chose to do this with my mom and boyfriend on the second day. The day was breathtaking and full of interesting facts from our knowledgable guide, the lunch was undoubtedly the best I had in Egypt, and even our transfers in Cairo (I think Hakieme/Fares but hard to remember so many names) were the best and went above and beyond to make us feel extremely safe. Shereen also took some great pictures of us at popular spots which was super sweet! This tour is awesome, if you are on the fence, book it! :)
