- For non-European citizens PASSPORT IS MANDATORY to enter Swiss territory while for European citizens is ok the ID card. Each document must be in original (no photo).
- In Lugano, most stores are closed on Sundays and some might be closed on holydays
- We are not responsible for valuables left on the bus
- Please note that purchases over 300€ made in Switzerland require a customs stop for VAT refunds. As our tour does not include this stop, we kindly ask you to avoid purchases exceeding this amount during your free time in Lugano. We cannot be held responsible for any customs issues if this rule is not followed.

Don’t rely on the Viator App!
Excruciating pre and post tour trauma. Viator is investigating. The two bookings vanished. This caused me to rebook one tour. The other was not available. After the tour the booking resurfaced with another demand for payment! Nightmare in Como!
Como, Lugano ,Bellagio
Great way to see the Como lake. Short trip into Switzerland to Lugano via bus - quaint little place and then onto Menaggio via Ferry to Bellagio. Bellagio is very touristy but still good to see. Public ferry back Como. Chiara our tour guide was great. Tour was bilingual English and Spanish. Chiara catered for all. Enjoyable time was had.
Como-Lugano-Bellagio- Como a fun day all round - soaked through but aside from the rain a great wxperience
Como - Lugano - Bellagio to Como firstly by coach then ferry an amazing day albeit pouring rain & terrible weather until an hour before arriving back at Como . Adriano was incredible - an excellent tour guide who tried to make the day a positive experience
