- For non-European citizens PASSPORT IS MANDATORY to enter Swiss territory while for European citizens is ok the ID card. Each document must be in original (no photo).
- In Lugano, most stores are closed on Sundays and some might be closed on holydays
- We are not responsible for valuables left on the bus
- Please note that purchases over 300€ made in Switzerland require a customs stop for VAT refunds. As our tour does not include this stop, we kindly ask you to avoid purchases exceeding this amount during your free time in Lugano. We cannot be held responsible for any customs issues if this rule is not followed.

Lake Como Tour
Andrea was an excellent tour guide that is passionate about his job and extremely organized and punctual. He has a lot of personality and is funny and he enjoys talking about his city. Would love to travel with him again

Tour with an unfortunate start
I have been on many tours and this is the first time a guide has treated us badly; we were at the meeting point at 8:50 in the mentioned square, the tour started at 9:15, and not seeing the group, I started looking for the guide and even called Veditalia and got no answer. When I finally found the guide, the guide treated me badly because of the lack of punctuality; I was with my mom who has reduced mobility and I told him that there were 4 of us and he asked me where the others were and that we were late. It was annoying and rude. He even made unpleasant comments in front of the whole group during the walk to the bus. I found it offensive since it wasn't that we arrived late, but rather that we were on the other side of the square. On the other hand, we felt that even though he speaks Spanish well, he does not translate everything he says to the group in English. That is to say, he speaks more in English than in Spanish. He tried to apologize and be more understanding, taking into account that we had the wheelchair. But the comments he made to us were really meant to make us feel bad, even indicating that we should be on time for everything out of respect for the rest of the group. Guide's name is Andrea.
