Easy to book on-line. Follow up emails … confirmation and reminder. Car was there on time and was polite & professional.
Pick up challenge
Be sure to know the pickup location. Cruise pier was most convenient but instructions for pick were confusing. Our driver went out of his way to locate us. Once we connected ride into London was smooth and excellent.
Good experience with cruise port pickup
We booked the transportation from port Tilbury after a cruise to central London a month ahead. We texted the company the day before our arrival and ask how the pick up works and got response immediately. On the morning or our cruise arrival, the pick driver called me and said he is waiting outside. On exit of the port, the driver had a sign with my name on it. The pick up process was very pleasant and non-eventful to arrive our destination of Central London. Surely it is a good experience. I used the same service to go to LHR after our stay.

I would recommend Viator to others. However, the pick-up process at the cruise terminal in Southampton needs to have better communication about where to find the driver.
Worst transfer EVER!
Waiting for the driver who went to the wrong terminal and finally showed up an hour late. Really terrible service.
