Fantastic boat trip from Greenwich to Tower Bridge. Lovely staff, plenty of choice for sitting in or out and very relaxed vibe.
The 11am tour going out to Greenwich from Westminster Pier on 18th August, the crewman who gave us a talk was excellent, full of facts and light humour. We had a seat on top desk and got to see many landmarks of London. We came back on the 1.40 tour and the commentary was not a good as the 11am tour and quite silent for most of the journey back We noticed on the way back that the QR code was scanned at Greenwich Pier, whilst going out from Westminster Pier the young lady there did not ask to see our ticket, I think she was more interested in reading her text messages which she was still doing when we got back! We did though enjoy the experience and I liked the first journey more for getting to know the landmarks and stories of London.
Chloe was marvellous. She advised on our best option and ticket price in such a helpful, polite and courteous manner. So refreshing that someone like Chloe is around to create the right impression of Greenwich and the U.K. with our overseas tourists. What a contrast to so many others that we have dealt with in other organisations. Her approach set the tone for a brilliant afternoon on the river! Well done Chloe!
