Traveler reviews
Just try it
I would recommend this to anybody. Its a great experience with amazing views over the Thames. Book directly with the cable car, they changed my booking with no fuss when we were unable to make the first date.
Watch out for large vessels passing under.
Journey to O2 was fine, no queuing, but the return journey was a nightmare, due to large vessels passing under the cable cars, passenger travel was suspended for around 40 minutes.
Cable car
Easy to get too, location is easy to find the people who work there are very friendly, the views of London are amazing well worth a visit and look.

Not impressed
Went one evening with a friend, we clarified twice the cost due to the prices on display being different to price being charged and was spoken to rudely. Upon having tickets checked before accessing stairs, enquired if toilets available to be given a ‘firm quick no’ by another staff member - we was questioning staff attitude this evening, almost like they didnt want to be there!! Went onto the cable car, disappointed with the views which is basically views of an industrial estate, dirty windows outside the car, views blocked by the thick stickers around edge of car when sat down. The positive was the sunset between the talk buildings which did provide nice views however clean outside windows would have ensured better photos! Would we do it again, no. Is it worth it no, dont bother with a glass bottomed car, unless want to see the murky view of water??
