Itinerary
We stop within Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park for a morning refreshment break. Enjoy views across the loch and surrounding landscapes, with time to stretch your legs and take photos before continuing north.
One of Scotland’s most iconic and atmospheric valleys, Glencoe is renowned for its dramatic scenery and powerful history. We stop here to allow guests to step off the minibus, take photographs, and admire the landscape while learning more about the events that shaped this famous glen.
Pass by: As we travel through Fort William, there is an opportunity to view Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the UK, through the minibus’s large panoramic windows on clear days.
Our small group stops in the historic village of Fort Augustus, located at the southern end of Loch Ness. This is our main stop of the day, allowing time to enjoy lunch, explore the village, watch boats pass through the Caledonian Canal locks, and take in views along the loch.
At Loch Ness, guests have the option to join an optional 50-minute cruise (available on the day and payable locally). Those who choose not to take the cruise can spend additional time exploring Fort Augustus or enjoying views along the loch.
Pass by: As we travel south along the A9, passing through the Cairngorms National Park, enjoy views of wide open Highland landscapes and mountain scenery from the minibus.
We make an evening refreshment stop in the Perthshire area, offering a final opportunity to relax, stretch your legs, and enjoy the scenery before returning to Glasgow.

Beautiful highlands tour
Our tour guide Scot was great. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable of the history. We did the day trip to the highlands visited Ford Augustus where we went for a cruise on lochness. Even though it was a long day it was well worth it because the highlands is breathtakingly beautiful and the Scottish history and culture is so amazing
Memorable family tour to the Scottish highlands
It was a day in the highlands from Glasgow. It was a small comfortable group tour of the highlands experiencing breathtaking beauty with its ever changing weather and scenery. It was well paced, highlight being Loch Ness. A special mention of our Guide and driver “ Scott the Scotsman” hilarious , helpful and very engaging just added more spice and made the tour more memorable .we got to experience local whisky and also met some Scottish highland Hairy cows. My young girls loved it Thank you for making a memorable day in the highlands .
Amazing tour of Scotland
Excellent tour! Very informative guide, who kept me informed the whole day exactly what was happening, how long it would take to get there and how long we would stay. Tour went ahead even though I was the only one who applied (up to 17 Pax possible). Absolutely stunning scenery all the way, not just at the Loch. Highly recommend.
Loch cruise
