Traveler reviews
Disappointing service
If you are traveling with young children please don't use this company .they are very unprofessional and can't be relied upon. Hotel pick up was smooth , but return from Legoland was terrible. They use 3rd party subcontractors and don't take any liability for the bookings. Prior to being dropped off at Legoland we confirmed with driver if he will be collecting us on return, the time of pick up arranged and the collecting spot. At the agreed time and location, we waited and then tried contacting the driver, he then said we needed to inform him 1 hour prior to collection of the time. We explained that we already agreed the time and collection spot prior to leaving the vehicle. He didn't hear any of it and said we will have to wait more than an hour which was already now 2 hours past the original collection time. Given 2 small kids we opted to rather uber back to the hotel. Upon bringing this to the tour company's attention, they seemed to have no issue with what happened and blamed it all on us changing times and then thereafter on busy period. I would definitely not recommend them, there are many other company's with much better service, reach out and I will share the details of some that were amazing and managed to turn off trip around for us.

Humayun cab driver was very professional and on time, both ways and was very reliable, with accurate knowledge on road safety and traffic,was polite and friendly with good knowledge and safe to travel,
