Poor organization.

The guide was very good, he did his job very well. The problem was that the company forgot to send us the guide on time. They did not have it planned. We were waiting 30 minutes for someone to come. They notified the guide at the last minute and he came as fast as he could. The company is very unprofessional. I do not think we will hire their services again.
