Itinerary
Colosseum The Colosseum, also known as the Flavio Amphitheater, is a magnificent oval architecture in the center of Rome, built with travertine, tuff and brick-faced concrete. It is the largest construction ever built in ancient Rome. It is located east of the Roman Forum. Emperor Vespasian began construction in 72 AD and was completed in 80 AD by his successor Titus.
Roman Forum The Roman Forum, also known as Forum Romanum, is a square surrounded by the ruins of several important buildings of the former government of Rome in the city center. Originally a market, the citizens of the ancient city referred to this place as the Magnum Forum. Immerse yourself in ancient culture to learn the way of life that Rome’s predecessors lived.
Palatine Hill The Palatine Hill is the only hill of the Seven Hills of Rome, located in the center of Rome. It is the oldest place in the city, 40 meters above the Roman Forum, facing the Circus Maximus. The imperial palaces of Augustus were built here.

Traveler reviews
Must do experience.
Tour location was ralatively easy to find using maps. Set up team was very relaxed and accommodating. Tour guide, Barbara. was very knowledgable and thorough. Easy to understand (although headphones made it hard sometimes). We ran a little long however we could’ve spent even more time.
Seeing the best of the Coliseum is
We had a tremendous tour of the Coliseum and the Roman Forum. Our tour guide Alec was very knowledgeable and helped answer any questions.
Must do a small group tour!
Definitely book a small group tour. This is really the only way to easily see the Colosseum. You bypass the lines and large crowds. The tour guides really know their stuff, and it shows by the amount of knowledge they share with you. Enjoy your tour!
Best Tour Guide IRENE
I had the wonderful experience of visiting the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, and Roman Forum with a small group of 14 members with IRENE. I would totally recommend it. She is lively and jolly. I was with my wife and an infant in a stroller. She made sure we were comfortable and waited for us as we were with the strollers through the stairs.
Very informative guide. Enjoyable tour
Our guide,Sylvia R was great! She was very informative and kept our tourgroup moving thru the crowd of other tourists.
