Pleasant experience

Was a lovely day well spent. The guide took us to the start of the track and picked us up and he was very informative. The bus was nice and new.

Great experience

It was very good. I was very happy that he took us to the Hooker Valley Track and Tasman lake Track because if I walked there Tasman Lake Track would have been little bit far away. I really enjoyed it.

Bad experience and arrangement

I booked this trip through Klook, both Chinese and English introduction and order confirmation states that the trip includes the return way. I have also inquired AI many times, and the repeated replies confirm that go and return travel are included. I didn't receive an email notification until the day before departure. I panicked to the email title is “one way” at that moment, but it was too late to inquire directly from cheeky kiwi. On the day of departure, they said that the return trip was not included. Fortunately, they arranged for us to take the 2:30pm return bus. They called me in the morning and informed me that there was something wrong with the tour bus. The bus that originally departed at 10:00 was changed to 11:30. Unexpectedly, we waited for a long time, and the tour bus didn't pick us up until 12:20. This car is a group of Queenstown. It needs to stay in Tekapo and finally leave straight for mount cook at 12:40. The whole journey took more than 2.5 hours to depart. The original plan was to stay for 2 hours, but the first and final stop only stayed for 10 minutes in total at the end. We reported the time problem to the driver, but he was arrogant and threatened us to get off if we were dissatisfied. We had to endure our anger to complete the whole journey. The weather is very good and the scenery is beautiful. In the end, due to the wrong message of klook and the improper arrangement of cheeky kiwi travel, it seriously affected my mood of traveling.

Ask for Soap to drive you

Our driver Soap was great. He really went out of his way to assist us in taking us to our accommodation, which changed last minute. Was great with our children and was friendly in every way! Would high recommend him for any tour

The guide chris was really nice and friendly. The lunch pack and snacks treat was a nice touch! But the bus was too cramped and there was an awkward moment when then were not enough seats. Had to rearrange the seating allocation and ensure everyone gets a seat.
