great day trip from Milan
We enjoyed the day it was easy to find the start place. The drive was great. The one hour in como didn’t seem enough. Ounce we looked around we barely had time for a quick coffee before heading to the bus. The ferry was nice, wasn’t aware it was a public ferry though non the less was good sight seeing. The time in Bellagio was great. Found best panini place for lunch. Wandered around before heading back to ferry and then bus to Lugano. The time in lugano was enough. Found chocolate shop and strolled the main harbour rd. The drive back was pleasent most of the bus were quiet all tired from the long day. The tour guide Rebecca was great made sure everyone made it back to meeting points. Overall a great day out from Milan
Great Trip!
We really enjoyed this trip and would definitely recommend it. Our guides, Gian Marco and Corrado were both great. There were however 2 small negatives that really didn’t take away from the trip. Finding the bus and guides at the start is a bit chaotic as there are many tour buses departing at the same time. Also, we planned our trip for Sunday but the shops in Como and Lugano are not open on Sundays.

Very bad. It was terrible; we were at the meeting point when the trip was cancelled because the bus was too small for the number of tickets sold. They offered no alternative—only a refund—but we had already lost the day.

Too long. One of the stops totally unnecessary, guide was OK but didn’t use the speaker for us at all times. Bus had no air. NO AIR! Guide did not give the direction, initially, that you are to return to the seats you selected throughout the trip. Therefore, a lot of arguing going on between patrons. Specifically in front of my husband and myself. Ridiculous! Wish I had taken the smaller group however wanted to go into Switzerland. The stop in Switzerland did allow for an espresso martini and shopping at the delicious chocolate. Bellagio experience was amazing.

Great trip, 3 beautiful places, comfortable bus, Alicia was very friendly, definitely a tour to be remembered.
