Good to know
- For non-European citizens PASSPORT IS MANDATORY to enter Swiss territory while for European citizens is ok the ID card. Each document must be in original (no photo).
- In Lugano, most stores are closed on Sundays and some might be closed on holydays
- For safety reasons, due to bad weather or a water level that is too high in the lake, public navigation will be used instead of the exclusive boat
- We are not responsible for valuables left on the bus
- Please note that purchases over € 300 made in Switzerland require a customs stop for VAT refunds. As our tour does not include this stop, we kindly ask you to avoid purchases exceeding this amount during your free time in Lugano. We cannot be held responsible for any customs issues if this rule is not followed.
- In case of late arrival at the meeting point and missed tour departure, NO REFUND will be possible.
- Please be informed that in case of any road closures, the route may be reversed
- Should we reach the required number of participants for a single group, the tour will operate in a single language rather than bilingually

Beautiful day
This was an amazing day, lake como is beautiful. The trip was well organized and our tour guide Maria Christina was wonderful. We felt very safe ever we went that day and our bus driver was fantastic. Go on this tour!!

Excellent way to experience Como, Bellagio and Lugano in one day
I had a great experience on this tour. Everything was well organised, smooth and easy from start to finish, so I could simply enjoy each place without worrying about transport or timings. Katia was excellent. She was warm, helpful and informative throughout and made the whole day feel relaxed and well managed. I particularly enjoyed the Lake Como cruise and the balance of time across Como, Bellagio and Lugano. If you are staying in Milan and want to see all three in one day without the hassle of planning everything yourself, I would highly recommend this tour.

Awesome and beautiful experience
Enjoyable experience
Actually really enjoyable, maybe even a little short but we got a taste and an hour or more at each spot, we just realised there was still so much to see, so we definitely will be going back, we got english and spanish announcements, everything was made clear AND we got little radios that kept us up to date and helped us if we got lost or were running later the meeting point. All round lovely tour, Katia l and Tony took good care of us, she made sure no one got left behind, and Tony handled the roads like a pro. Would definitely do this again 🙌🏼
