Katherine was an amazing tour guide. Vet friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the food we enjoyed. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. She went over and above to accommodate food allergies. It was a small group and we were able to really enjoy the tour and learning about some of New Orleans classic foods.
