8:30 - Your professional English-speaking driver will pick you up straight from your hotel door to start your tour
Transport by a modern, air-conditioned minivan to the zoo
9:00 - Enter Krakow Zoo - thanks to the tickets provided by your driver, you will skip the queue to purchase them and immediately enter the zoo to admire over 1,500 individuals of various species!
Sightseeing - here is your free time to freely explore the zoo, visit the mini zoo to pet and feed some of the animals yourself, and take a break to eat something.
Meet your driver again at the zoo gate and he will take you safely back to your hotel at the end of the tour

Excellent
We had a lovely visit to krakow zoo , our driver pawel was lovely and very efficient he kept me up to date every step of the way on WhatsApp which I found really helpful and reassuring especially when you’re travelling alone with a child. Pawel even came back early to pick us up as it was way to warm for us at the zoo on the day which I really appreciate 😊 would highly recommend using him for your adventures in krakow.
Missold Trip.
Don't Book this Trip with Viator, The Itinery states 5 Hrs. 1 Hr for Travel, 30 Minutes each way 4 Hrs at the Zoo. We had Dominika Tour Guide who isn't Friendly & doesn't Talk to You about any Tips etc. Then when She drops you off at the Zoo She only allows you 2 Hrs & Tells you that's all you need as the Zoo is small. Resulting in only seeing 50% of the Animals. Instead of a Leisurely strool it was a Rush. When I asked for a Refund, She lied & said that we had 2Hrs & 30 Minutes at the Zoo before choosing to come out early due to Rain. It did not Rain at all & it wasn't our choice to only have 2 Hrs, that is all she allowed us when She dropped us off. This Tour was Missold to us as you don't get 5Hrs, you only 3 Hrs. Stay away from this Company who won't give you a Refund even though they are not Fulfilling the Advertised Trip. Also don't go with Dominika who Lies to Cover Her back. Disgusting Customer Service.

It states 4 Hrs at the Zoo but when we Arrived Dominika told us 2 Hrs is enough. Dropped off at 9am & pick us back up at 11am. Also no internet so we cannot change pick up Time. We are in our 60s & it wasn't enough Time to see everything. Lovely Zoo but needed the 4 Hrs that was Sold to us. Also it would have been Nice to stop for a Rest & A Coffee but didn't have the Time.
Zoo
Our driver Pawel was amazing, extremely friendly and helpful and made the experience great. He even sent us a text filled with recommendations for food and other activities to do on our visit which we found very useful. Thankyou so much it was a pleasure :)
