Excellent communication from Peter our driver from before we landed in Krakow to meeting, which was very smooth and event free due to well detailed meeting point. Was very polite and helpful carrying our bags. Car was lovely and spacious, lovely start to our break.
Abysmal Service
We were slightly delayed in the Krakow Airport and the driver would not wait and the local company canceled the trip. Abysmal service to say the least
Shocking comms .No answer on phones ,no one turned up
Nothing in comms to say where to meet,no one turned up,Asked everywhere.Telephoned and no answer.Ended up booking another taxi as was late for appointment
