Your journey begins with a convenient hotel pickup, transferring you to Bor Thor village. Upon arrival, relax with coffee and tea as your guide provides a brief introduction to kayaking techniques. Equipped with a sit-on-top kayak, you’ll navigate the serene waters of the mangroves, exploring the intricate ecosystems and wildlife. The highlight of the tour includes visits to the remarkable Lod Cave and Pee Hua Toh Cave. Lod Cave, a tunnel beneath cliffs, boasts impressive stalactites and stalagmites, offering a magical paddling experience. Pee Hua Toh Cave is renowned for its ancient prehistoric paintings, providing a fascinating glimpse into the past. Leisurely kayaking in a mangrove forest
If you like kayaking in a mangrove forest at a relaxed pace, this might be the tour for you. The visit to Pee Hua To cave requires getting out of your kajak for a while and a short walk, though. As the Lod cave is a tunnel leading to what they call a lagoon, better check the tides or contact the tour operator before booking, as at high tide it is not always accessible. The served food was tasty, consisted of several Thai dishes and was plenty, even though it was shared between all group members - 6 in our case.

This trip was incredible, one of my favorite things we have done. The group is small, the caves are not busy and the food is amazing.

Tata was an excellent guide. Her English was very good and she made the tour very relaxing and enjoyable. She took us through caves and watched out for snakes for us - which we saw two mangroves pit vipers! It rained at the end of our adventure but the rain was warm and felt great! This was an awesome adventure and I would definitely do it again given the opportunity!!
