Traveler reviews
Great day out.
Great adventure through the jungle. Quads were easy to ride and super clean. Staff again were so kind and helpful. Would book again.
Fun Day
Good trip, plenty of time at each location. Lots of food for lunch if you like Thai food. Staff very friendly and gave clear instructions and advice. Quad biking was very good and if you are good enough they will take you in a more skilful section. Again very friendly staff and good experience.
ATV experience very disappointing
Loved the hot water springs and blue pool experience . ATV was short and the 2 machines for 2 couples both broke down . You only go through a patch of someone’s land not through a jungle area so not good value . I think we had 1/2 hour ride bit disappointing. Very muddy and you get covered . Not so much a problem but be aware .
Good but disappointed
Disappointed. The area of the hot water ponds is limited or even small. And we were very numerous. The river down the basins was muddy (the weather is currently very rainy) The artificial hot water pool is larger and nice.To enjoy the place (basins/pool/forest around) it would have taken more time. In the description it is not clearly stated that in the second part of the excursion - emerald pool - (you take the bus) you can also swim and therefore that you should keep your swimsuit with you. In this second park the walk to the different pools is very beautiful. Very decent lunch but a crazy world! As for the quad planned l afternoon, the weather was so rainy that we did not go there. Several people have made this choice. We asked for a partial refund because the discontinuous and intense rain was predictable and the claimant should have proposed the cancellation in the morning. We are waiting to hear from them.
First part just ok, skip the atv ride though
We did the hot springs first, and although they were a little crowded it was ok. Not a lot of time there but ok. The next stop was the emerald and blue pools which are in the nation park. Park fees are additional fees as we were told during booking. By the time you walk to the emerald pool spend 10 in the water and walk to the blue pool you need to turn around and walk back. We were not given a lot of time to spend at the pools and to get back in time for the lunch buffet. We didn't rush but didn't spend too much time sightseeing either. The ATV ride was the big let down. My wife can't drive by herself so we doubled up but unfortunately the machines were too small to do this comfortably. Additionally one atv wouldn't stay running, one had a bent rear wheel shaft and looked like it could fall off at any time, another machine backfired the whole time it ran the brakes on my machine were almost gone and it bogged down every time I tried to give it a little gas. Furthermore the area for this event was relatively small therefore we spent most of the time going back over the same trails (with directional changes) again and again. Not up to par or even close to similar atv tours we have done in other places during this vacation.
