- Minimum age for driving the UTV is 18; passengers must be at least 5 years old.
- A valid driver's license is required to operate the UTV.
- This tour operates in all weather conditions; dress appropriately for rain or shine.
Know before you go
- Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for off-road terrain.
- Bring a swimsuit and towel if you plan to swim at the waterfall.
- Carry a waterproof bag for personal belongings to protect them from water and mud.

- Each UTV can accommodate 1 driver and 1 passenger.
- The child must be 4 years old and above and supervised by parents/guardians, tour guides/instructors, or tour operators. They will not be allowed to drive.
- Drivers have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety. Drivers must be at least 11 years old.
- During the tour, strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the authority to stop any risky riding or unpleasant mannerisms with no refund.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
- This activity is not suitable for guests arriving by cruise ship or large boat.
