KidZania Dubai Mall is an award-winning children's 'edutainment' centre located on the second floor of The Dubai Mall. This 7,000 m² interactive mini-city allows children aged 4-16 to immerse themselves in over 80 role-playing activities, from being a pilot to a chef, all within a safe and engaging environment. As they complete tasks, kids earn KidZos, KidZania's own currency, teaching them about financial independence in a fun way. Parents can relax in the dedicated Parent’s Lounge while their children enjoy the activities. With operational hours from 10 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and extended hours on weekends, KidZania Dubai Mall promises an unforgettable experience for the whole family. - Adults can only enter KidZania Dubai if they are with a child and have a valid ticket.
- Some activities might be closed due to technical problems; the operator is not responsible.
- Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
- Parents can wait and relax in the Parent’s Lounge while kids enjoy the activities.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed, but you can buy them inside KidZania Dubai.

- Children below 120 cm in height must be accompanied by an adult inside KidZania.
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed within KidZania premises.
- Parking is available at the Cinema Parking area in The Dubai Mall.
- Last entry is 1 hour before closing time..
- Children aged 4 and above can explore activities independently. Trained supervisors are present throughout to guide and help them. Children under 4 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
