- Parents/guardians must complete a medical and consent form prior to departure.
- Drop-off and pick-up instructions will be emailed after confirmation.
- The program will go ahead in light rain; however, in severe weather, you’ll be offered a reschedule or refund.

- Siblings or friends can request to be grouped together, if noted during booking.
Know before you go
- This experience is designed for children aged 8–14 years.
- Kids should be in good health and able to carry a light backpack for hiking.
- A detailed packing list will be provided upon booking (includes sleeping bag, clothes, torch, etc.).
- All meals, gear (tents, cooking equipment), and group activities are provided.
- Guides are certified in outdoor leadership, first aid, and have Working With Children Checks.
- The hike involves uneven terrain and basic bush toileting at camp.
- No phones or electronic devices—kids are encouraged to disconnect and fully engage with nature.
