- Your accommodation will require a credit card pre-authorisation of AU$100 per day plus AU$200 refundable bond to a maximum of AU$500. In the event that no credit card is available, full payment and a bond deposit of AU$100 per day to a maximum of AU$500 is required.
- Recommended for guests to bring their own front-facing infant seats. Limited child seats are available at an additional charge on request.
- Please note we do not carry children under the age of 1 and no refund will be given.
- Please note that Queensland law requires all guests travelling on our coaches to wear seat belts at all times, failure to do so could result in a Queensland Government fine.
- This tour has separate departure locations depending on whether you are staying in Hervey Bay or Rainbow Beach. Please make sure you book the correct departure location. If you are staying in Hervey Bay, select pick up from Buccaneer Drive. If you are staying in Rainbow Beach, select pick up from Rainbow Beach Road.
- The commencement of hotel pickups is approximately 2 hours prior to the departure time of the tour, you must make telephone contact with the local service provider to book the pickup and verify the exactness of your pickup time, this must be done at least 48hrs prior to the departure.

Boring and soporific day
The day should have been promising. Fraser Island is undeniably a very beautiful island. But it is not the island that I must rate, it is the service we had today. We were not opposed to following a guide in English because we do it regularly without any problem. That being said, the guide we had for our day had English that was very incomprehensible to us, It was not that serious because we could in any case admire the landscape without necessarily understanding everything. What seemed very painful, depressing, and soporific to us is that the guide, who is also the driver, talked all day without stopping.... At no point were we able to enjoy the scenery in peace. From the moment he picked us up at 7:30 a.m. until we left in the evening, we had the impression that he was reciting a text learned by heart... no emotion, it felt like a very, very long monologue.... No interaction with and between the bus passengers, who were just as depressing, or even depressed for some... imagine that some were reading, and others fell asleep. I think the bus service is perfect for elderly people, or those who are not too athletic. It is a tour for senior citizens. I would surely have enjoyed my day in a 4x4 vehicle, but here I was bored. If you wanted to punish a child, put them on this bus with this driver without 4G ;) Despite everything, this island is superb. Rent a vehicle on site!

It was an fantastic experience!! The guide was Taylah and she did a great job. She told us everything about K’Gari and was the nicest guide we’ve met in Australië! She was a good driver and we saw a lot! She did also extra: we swim in a creek and make a fligt. It was the highlight of our holiday!!!
