Key West Full-Day Trip from Sunny Isles

We booked this visit the night before the trip on the website. It went through seamlessly. I got the confirmation email right away, and the charge was processed soon after. We had to be at the pick-up spot at 5:45 a.m., for which we booked an Uber, got up at 5 am, and showed up on time. The problem was nobody showed up to pick us up! I left 2 messages for the tour operator about 15 minutes before the pick-up time with my phone number. But, nobody called to either cancel or explain why. The only silver lining was the 24/7 customer service line. I talked with 2 different people, both very helpful, and the refund was processed within 24 hours. I would recommend making the reservation long before the trip since last-minute requests are not processed in proper time. I also suggest that the last-minute reservations option be removed from the trip advisor app if the tour operator is not able to provide the service.

Booked the tour a month in advance for 6AM pick up point Newport Beachside Tower Sunny Isles. We arrived at 5:38 by Lyft and waited in the Glass front lobby, winds were 25MPH, with a clear view of the hotel driveway, where we were supposed to meet the Bus. Bus and/ or driver never came up the driveway, so we left back to our hotel via lyft . We tried to call the tour operator 5 times after 7AM no answer. CALLED Viator to see if they new anything, said they tried to contact as well but no luck. Applied for a refund with Viator. 2 days later the refund claim was denied stating that the bus driver had a picture of the pick up point and we were not there, as well they indicated he called at 6:07 AM with no answer. I indicated to Viator that I would like to see the photo, and the call log from the driver because we were at the correct location and did not receive a call and we had our cell with us. Viator then contacted the tour operator who strangely could not provide a photo for us to see, or the call log for the driver. Viator 8 days will now be providing a full refund. I would not Recommend Attractions4us to anyone given their questionable ethics, but U can decide for yourself. We were not able to rebook our full day trip of 15 hrs and were out of pocket 42.00 for Lyft rides

Nice day, visited home of great writer Hemingway, was at southern point of USA, walking across Key West. And, of course, bought rum Bad Bitch (rum and Hemingway ). But I would like come back.

Everything went as planned. Bus on time. Very professional staff. I loved my trip! It is a very social town with Victorian houses. Walking quietly. I took the tour of town by special bus it was very nice. I strongly suggest this excursion.
