Wonderful experience
Crew for the whale watching tour was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had michelle, morgan and nate who were all great. Aiden who was our bus driver was also very funny and knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely book with them again, highly recommend!
Weather wasn't great, but the crew was!!!
Michelle, Sophie and Claire were all very informative. Michelle did a great job piloting the boat. It wasn't easy...windy and raining, and she still spotted whales. We loved hearing the whales names and details about them. We would highly recommend Alaska Tales.
Fun in Alaska at Mendenhall & Whale Watching
I loved the experience! It was very convenient and nice to have a way to get around and see everything. It was easy to find them on the boardwalk. The Mendenhall Glacier was beautiful. Our bus guide was great, interesting, and full of fun facts. The boat ride to find Whales was neat. We saw a few whales! It was cold, windy and rainy and the crew took great care of us. Bring waterproof jackets, gloves, pants, and a balaclava for rain and you’re set. Heaters on board, good snacks and wonderful fun facts from Griffin, Monica, & Krishell. Griffin was a lot of fun and made the trip funny! 15!!
