Excellent company, excellent guide
Zaid Tours is a company with an excellent rating on TripAdvisor. And judging by the photos of its main building, it is a big company. However, as a customer, by their close relationship, I always felt myself treated as if it was a family business. Our contacts, first with Caroll, sales director, and later with Badria, with whom I worked out the last details of the tour, always took place in an atmosphere of friendliness and professionalism and with a speed that made me feel as if I were their only customer. But both forgive me. Who is the true soul of the company are the drivers, who are all the days with the customers, while the tours last. I'm used to doing private tours, but in this case, I was really lucky. The driver assigned to us, Mazen, far exceeded his obligations and went beyond his professionalism. He was a true friend and I dare say, like a father. Despite a significant flight delay, which extended our arrival time far beyond midnight, we were received by Mazen with extreme sympathy and a big smile on his face. He was for us the true ambassador of Jordan and the one most responsible people for the success of our tour. As for the trip itself, the Jordan Pass 8-Night Best of Jordan: Jerash, Petra, Wadi Rum, Aqaba, & Dead Sea is a very complete tour, for anyone who wants to know the most important parts of the country. The option chosen was 4* hotels, which were quite good. The fact that the tour has hotels on a half board basis was also a great choice, as it allowed us a greater time of rest at the end of the long days of travel.
