Traveler reviews
John Paul II's Residence and Museum
I am impressed with Krakow Shuttle because of ease in making reservation and instant confirmation. What I really like about them is that I have the option of paying upfront online during reservation or just giving the payment to the driver. this is very important because it does not tie you up especially when plans change. I would especially commend our driver Maciej Puchela. Maciej is very pleasant, professional, fun, speaks English very well and knows a lot of things - like where to buy Polish Pottery, amber and authentic Polish Restaurants. I would like to thank Krakow Shuttle for a wonderful experience in Krakow!
The JPII and Divine Metcy and...

The JPII and Divine Metcy and Kalwaria sites were very good, but our driver was doing this tour for the first time and did not offer any commentary of anything on our 1+ hour. We had to tell him where to go. He did not know enough to do this Catholic tour. Go thru your hotel not Viatour.
