  • Suitable for ages 4+; children under 6 must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times.
  • Maximum group size is usually around 20 guests for a personalised experience.
  • Weather-dependent: Stargazing requires clear skies. If the weather is unsuitable: You’ll be notified by 3:00 PM on the day of the event.
  • Guest cancellations are non-refundable, but changes or rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience.
  • No experience in astronomy is needed—this tour is beginner-friendly and inclusive.
  • Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved (e.g., certified service animals).
  • Tours operate year-round, but early booking is recommended, especially in school holidays and long weekends.

Know before you go

  • Exact location in Vincentia will be shared via email or SMS 24 hours before the tour. It’s typically a quiet beach with low light pollution.
  • Bring warm clothing, even in summer—coastal nights can get chilly. A hat or beanie is also recommended in colder months.
  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled into your camp chair or picnic rug before the session begins.
  • Tours begin promptly at the scheduled time; late arrivals may miss key parts of the experience.
  • All stargazing equipment is provided, including telescopes, binoculars, laser pointers, chairs, and blankets.
  • Bring insect repellent, especially during warmer months.
  • The experience runs for approximately 90 minutes.
  • There are no toilet facilities at most of the remote beach locations—plan accordingly.
  • Light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted, but please dispose of rubbish responsibly.
