- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
- Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
- When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
- Price is per person, based on a five passenger SUV.

Great experience
Our friendly driver Alin was waiting for us at the airport. He was very attentive, took our luggage and safely drove us to our hotel in a very comfortable SUV. Would absolutely recommend this company!
Do not book - driver not customer friendly
Terrible service. Driver was rude and condescending and called my bag a piece of trash. Didn’t help unload bags and stood there and watched us struggle to carry them.
Rude and condescending driver
I am very disappointed by the service the driver provided. He was rude and condescending and when we realized a wheel on my bag was missing, he said my bag was a piece of crap. To “just throw in trash.” This is an expensive Tumi bag. Once we arrived at our condo he did not offer to help us with our bags. All he said was “here’s your fancy bag.” He was rude and honestly the worst driving service I’ve ever had from any airport in the United States. I don’t write reviews or rate things often but I will giving this service a thumbs down bc of this driver. I reached out to the car service (Carmel) and have yet to receive any response besides “we will get back to you” in the last 36 hours.
