Didn't verify our flight info
While very apologetic, the driver had been waiting at the International Terminal instead of domestic. Who knows if it was the dispatches mistake or driver's, but regardless, we had to call and find out where our ride was! They were very accommodating once they realized there was a problem, but it makes one scratch their head...they do this every day. How could such a basic mistake be made???
