Unreliable
For no apparent reason, our tour was canceled. No explanation and no one you call can explain it. Booked through Viator, a TripAdvisor company. Called them, then called the tour operator directly. It’s a complete mystery. Book with someone else.
Beware of Last minute call asking for more money!
We booked the snorkeling and was all set to go, the day of the trip we were contacted that we needed to pay an additional $45/person. We said no and still no response from the company concerning our refund, since the terms agreed upon at the completion of the sale were not followed by the company.
Islander snorkel
The captain and his crew were awesome. Very funny and knowledgeable of the area and habitat. We would definitely book with them again.
Great Experience
Great time snorkeling- guides were knowledgeable and great! The reef was beautiful and we even experienced jellyfish.
