Terrible shuttle back to resort
The transportation option was fine on the way there but it sucked on the way back when 6’4” partner was asked to give up his single captains seat in the transport to accommodate a late obese woman. He was then forced into the beach seat with me and 3 other people in the back - it was a very packed transport and very uncomfortable. I have never been so uncomfortable on a shuttle! There was no care taken to make sure we were okay on that ride home. I would never have e agreed to the day if I knew they were going to sardine can us like that at the end. Beware!
My family trip went as planned, magnificent.

Shout out for the team of the Victoria boat
The excursion was very well organized with an excellent boat. The north beach is wonderful and we have plenty of time to see isla mujeres and spend time on the beach. A special thanks to the team of the boat Victoria who were wonderful. Always very careful with.everyone. Recommended

Nice way to get to Isla Mujeres
This experience was pretty good for the value. The only thing that could have been improved was the interaction from the guide in the beginning of the trip to the island. The party only started once we were heading back to cancun. Snorkeling could have also used better direction for first timers. But great experience overall all I would do it again.
