A life list must!

Our tour guide, Fabio, was fun and knowledgeable! With his itinerary suggestions for the day we were able to hike both upper and lower trails of Iguazu National Park (Argentina Side) and go on the boat tour which goes under the falls! The Devil’s throat trail that was damaged in 2023 was closed. Fabio suggested we go to the Brazil side of Iguazu Falls so we could see Devil’s throat water falls (additional fee). Our driver for the day was great and his car was clean! It was well worth the cost to have a private tour because it made it possible for us to do so much in one day and to be on our own schedule. The tour company should advise their clients that even though they are arranging the air transfers from your hotel and airplane tickets, that there will be no tour guide until you reach Iguazu Falls Airport. We had to make a name change on our airplane ticket at the airport and were told by the tour company that it could be done at the airport. The airport transfer car was not clean. The driver dropped us off with no other instructions. We tried to call the after hours emergency number for the travel agency and no one returned our call until AFTER we had resolved the issue on our own.

Ticked off the Bucket List

Our day started very early but the driver arrived on time and passage through the airport was unbelievably fast. Iguazu Falls were phenomenal and certainly lived up to expectations but you will walk so plenty of water and take it easy!! Our guide Augusto was excellent knowledgeable and set the pace accordingly to our wishes. Late flight back to Buenos Aires and pick up all went smoothly. A definite must do!!
