Was okay

Overall, the experience was pretty good. The only downside was that our guide didn’t speak much English, which made communication a little difficult at times. We also weren’t informed of our hotel pickup time until 9:30pm the night before, which was a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, we still enjoyed the experience.

Unforgettable

Inevitable experience when going to cataracts. It is unforgettable to feel the full force of water. You can't not go. All very organized and safe. Industrialized I'd say. There is in the end like a feeling of little time in the boat, for the value that is paid.

Thoroughly enjoyable and exhilirating experience

A lot of fun and worth doing to get close to the falls. Be prepared to be completely soaked (feet included, so take off your shoes), which is all part of the fun. It is not like a traditional jetboat in New Zealand (doesn't twist around) - but it just go fast and pumps the adrenhalin through you. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. The operators placed a lot of emphasis on safety, which is good to know.

Breathtaking place - but look for better touring options

The falls are breathtaking and worth visiting and taking the time to see/explore every corner. That part is highly recommended. The boat ride took exactly 25 minutes and we have a feeling that it was shorter than expected. Yet, it was fun and reached most of the expected area, while other boats went further towards the falls. The tour guide was slow, and we (as well as most of the others on that tour) found ourselves most of the time ahead of him, while he barely caught up. Overall - Do NOT give up on the falls, but find a better as to visit them. Our friends did the exact same activities on their own (paid/booked on the spot), without booking such complete tour.

Unfailing experience in Iguazu!!

Exciting experience passing under the falls the adrenaline of feeling that strong breeze a natural "shower" well that guides lend you a bag to protect objects from the water. The previous trip by truck through the jungle the guides answered all our concerns and very attentive.
