Traveler reviews
Great!
Must-see. The guide directed us where to go and set us up for the Gran Aventura but otherwise, there was no other information. The transportation was taken care of and that was nice.
Fantastic tour with poor communication
The falls were sensational especially on the Brazilian side. Our guide Marco was entertaining, informative and friendly and assisted with crossing borders and passport control. For that we give 4 stars. As for communication we give it 1 star. The booking is made through Viator, handed off to Grayline and in turn to the local operator Cuenca. They send you endless emails asking for the same information and then they cease to exist when you are waiting for confirmed pickup times . They leave you totally in the dark and if you try to contact them by phone , there is no answer, forget email and the only method of WhatsApp is unreliable and slow. Eventually we were picked up , a half hour to 1 hour late, but the frustrating thing is they don’t confirm or advise you of any pickup details and you have to chase them down. Overall the tour made up for the lack of communication .
Too avoid
They didn’t show up … Communication was good at the beginning, they ask you to confirm detail of hotel , flights for the pick up . And after all of these … they didn’t even show up.
Amazing Iguazu Falls
The tour was very good to see both side of Iguazú Falls from Argentina and Brazil for two days. Also it was a good deal.
This is a scam
This is a scam people. Right after booking, they sent me a message that the tour has been cancelled and they can offer an alternative date or money back. I opted for the tour 2 days later but no one responded. After a follow up message, I was told that they'll get back to me after checking with the operator. That never happened. The day before the new tour date, I finally gave up and asked for a refund but no one responded to it either. Save your money people.
