A nice experience.
The taxi ride was super well organized and executed by a very nice driver. The arrival at Cleopatra Spa in Hurghada was questionable. Once inside the people were friendly and guide us well. The sauna was dated and not large. The steam room and jacuzzi were good. The Hammam was super good as was the 45 min massage. Then the taxi ride back to the hotel by the same good driver was top. All in all had a very good experience and it was definitely value for money.
Unfortunately disappointing – no real relaxation
Even the transport was problematic: Although Hurghada was considered included, we had to pay €10 per person extra on site – an Uber wouldn’t even have cost €2. There was a nice welcome drink on site, but the salt chamber smelled unpleasant, and the whole process was extremely rushed. Of the supposed 15 minutes per station, hardly anything was felt – it felt like mass handling. In the hammam it was noisy as the staff talked continuously. The massage was more of a light stroke, and at the end, actively asked for tips. The price through GetYourGuide was cheap, but we wouldn't book it again.
Absolute recommendation, massage at Shimaa u Mostafa
My husband and I enjoyed 2 massages each, one hour, full body, at Shimaa and Mostafa. We are guests at Steigenberger Aldau, so we are on site. Absolutely recommend! Everything is very professional and the massage is carried out as desired (my husband rather firm, with me “medium” strong. The cost of ins. 250€ we thought was appropriate. Everything's great!
Worth every penny
Had a fabulous experience. Everyone was kind and helpful and the different treatments for the large number of customers was well organised and ran smoothly. My masseur, Mona 42, was exceptional.

Amazing hammam and spa - we went with our 10 and 11 year old daughters and they also loved it. Included sauna, steam, hammam, face mask, jacuzzi and a massage. The service was brilliant and staff so friendly. 100% recommend
