Traveler reviews
Special also for Celiac
Great service. Very helpful staff with operator in Italian too togo. Great experience tour with ATM camel and dinner even with a celiac child.. great service
Not for us.
Hated the quad bike experience, rather cross that every opportunity was taken to extract money from you.
Great trip
It was very nice and we enjoyed the trip. The jeep ride was spectacular. Basically a nice trip from start to finish
Not a recommended tour
We didn't like this tour because it is all made to take money from tourists and not a real experience as described in the details. Firstly the tour operator contacted us to confirm the pick up time and I asked if lunch was also provided (although not mentioned in the description) and he said yes, so we didn't take any food with us. Once there they told us that only dinner was included so we didn't eat until 6pm. There, you need to rent glasses for 3$ which should be included, and if you don't have a scarf for your head you also have to buy it there. The quad drive was OK but the buggie drive too short and they stop too much time to take pictures from you and try to sell to you later. Camel ride is a joke, they are all there continuously taking people for just 100metres ride, that is not a walk and the poor animals are doing that all day with non stop. If you want to see the reptil house you need to pay 3$ but in the tour description it says that is included. Then, they tell you that you are going to see the beduin village and culture but it is just a theatre to show you what they normally do, nothing like a real village at all. Finally, we went back for a "BBQ" dinner and we were surprised to see that most of the dinner was rice and pasta and just a small piece of chicken and small sausage. I wouldn't recommend it.
Action packed and super fun
Super experience. Good communication throughout the trip. Any questions we had was promptly answered via WhatsApp. Our guide Hamses was excellent, very well spoken and knowledgeable. I went with my family. My girls aged 12 loved the experience. Quad bike, Buggy, Safari and a Camel ride followed by nice entertainment. It was fun action packed. This was my first time on the quad and buggy but it was easy enough for anyone to do. Food was not BBQ as it was stated but it was delicious. If you don't have scarf you can buy it at the venue. This is to keep sand away from you face. I would absolutely recommend this trip.
