Guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Would have been nice to have a written transcript or opportunity to scan QR code of everything she said since it was hard to hear at times (even with her amplification. Enjoyed the opportunity to get so close to the talented artisans.
Wonderful House of Waterford
Do this tour if you’re in Waterford. You have to see the craft and beautiful crystal synonymous with the Waterford name. Get up close and personal throughout the tour with the pieces being made by the craftspeople. 10/10.
One of our favorites
Of the many tours and sites we visited over 10 days this was in our top 4 and anyone of them could be our favorite. The tour of the factory was excellent and showed the craftsmanship needed to produce the Waterford product and why their crystal is considered some of the best in the world.
