Beautiful and well run
Yes, this is a super early wake up but it’s a full day of interesting activities. The balloon team kept the energy up. The ride was beautiful and the team that set up the balloons worked so smoothly. The cave breakfast was delicious and the surroundings gorgeous. Spent just enough time at the pyramids (1 hour). We were back in Mexico City at 2. It’s a long day but worth it!

Do hot air balloon and pyramids separately
The hot air balloon experience was truly fantastic and definitely the highlight of the day. The flight itself was well worth it and provided unforgettable views. However, there were several areas that could be improved. The breakfast restaurant was below expectations, with cold food and diluted coffee. A traditional dance performance was included, but it took place while breakfast was being served, making it difficult to fully enjoy or follow the show. The souvenir shops were also noticeably overpriced. The visit to the pyramids was impressive, but the allotted 60 minutes was not enough time to explore the site properly. In addition, a significant amount of time was spent waiting due to poor organization and scheduling, which reduced the overall experience. I would not recommend the full package tour.
