On this popular boat sightseeing tour you will see the beautiful archipelago and urban shorelines of Helsinki. From May to September our sightseeing boats take you daily to enjoy the refreshing sea air while experiencing Helsinki from a new point of view.
1,5 h cruise with famous Helsinki sights. such as:
• the historic Suomenlinna Sea Fortress
• the Helsinki Zoo on Korkeasaari Island
• the impressive fleet of icebreakers
• the picturesque Degerö Canal
The cruise route includes sailing under four bridges, the new and magnificent Kruunuvuorensilta Bridge and the beautiful Isoisänsilta Bridge in Kalastama being two of them.
Guided sightseeing cruise in several languages
Along the way you will hear fascinating stories about the archipelago. Recorded commentary is available via loudspeakers in Finnish, English, German and Swedish. Mobile app and written information is available in several other languages.
The City Highlights Cruise shows you the urban shorelines of Helsinki. During the cruise you will see summer terraces, beach cafés and beautiful parks as well as both older and newer city architecture. The boat passes by the many residential areas and offers a nice way to see different districts of Helsinki by the sea.
Famous sights, diverse architecture and many districts along the 1,5 h route
Along the route you will see interesting urban areas like Kaivopuisto park and the classy harbour area of Merisatama. The 1,5 hour tour also presents city’s diverse architecture by showing e.g. the art nouveau buildings of Eira as well as modern residential districts of Kruunuvuorenranta and the towers of Kalasatama. When the boat glides through the narrow Hopeasalmi straight you get a fine example of the versatility of the cityscape of Helsinki. In one moment you have the beauty of nature and the urban skyline of Kalasatama and you even might get a glimpse of an orange metro train, an iconic view of Helsinki. Here, the city and sea are never far away from each other.

Onboard you can choose freely whether you would like to enjoy the tour out on the sundeck or indoors in the café.
Sun deck and café/bar on board
In the ship's café you can buy coffee, ice cream or a Finnish pulla (sweet bun). Enjoy the sea breeze and amazing views on our large sun deck or get cosy inside and admire the views through our big windows. The café/bar is fully licensed.

Was short journey into town, around the houses. Would been gd if had more sights to see etc. Great 4 kids
Worth the time. Great views of the city you can't get on land.
When was his hop on hop off and last time it went on we were able to plug in directly into the bus and this time they gave us headphones that didn't fit our cell phones. And we couldn't hear anything. It was just like a city bus which only $4. Absolutely horrible. Asked for my money back though MSC and was told that the operator had offered us 10% off. What a joke. Going to dispute with my credit card if I don't get a full refund.
