Helsinki Card CITY covers zones AB, while Helsinki Card REGION extends to zones ABC, including connections to Helsinki Airport. Please note that to activate the public transport benefit, Helsinki Card CITY and REGION must be printed on paper.

Cancellation policy
You may cancel your Helsinki Card purchase within 90 days of the purchase date, if the card has not been downloaded. The Helsinki Card is delivered as digital content (a PDF with QR codes) after the voucher number is used and the card is downloaded on the Helsinkicard.com webpage. Once the download has begun, cancellation is not permitted and no refund will be given. Cancellation must be requested by e‑mail (sales@stromma.fi) to Stromma Finland Oy Ab within this 90‑day period. Stromma will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. If the card has been downloaded or activated, it can no longer be cancelled.
