We booked a return helicopter transfer between Bali and Lombok and absolutely loved the experience! Everything was so well organised, the flights were incredibly smooth, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout. Our pilot, Barry, was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. He made us feel completely at ease, so we could relax and enjoy the spectacular views. The flight from Bali to Lombok took around 45 minutes, flying over Nusa Penida and Diamond Beach, with breathtaking scenery along the way. The booking process was easy and straightforward, with quick, helpful responses and the option to communicate in Russian. Our booking agent, Jenya, also arranged for our luggage to be transported from Bali to Lombok and back. On both journeys, it arrived safely that same afternoon, making everything wonderfully convenient. We’re so happy with the whole experience. A smooth, memorable way to travel, with excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended!
