I’ve done helicopter tours in many places before, and this was by far the most disappointing one. The booking was a mess. They kept changing the booking, saying it might be canceled, and WhatsApp replies were slow, confusing, or completely ignored. The reception was the worst part. The staff barely spoke to us unless we went up and asked. There were almost no instructions, and everything felt like we were supposed to figure it out ourselves. Even the complimentary drinks were never mentioned. we only found out by chance. We were told to watch the safety video and left on our own. The waiting area was also small, hot, and uncomfortable. I booked the 20-minute tour, and it wasn’t worth the money at all. I can’t comment on the longer flights, but this option was very underwhelming compared to every other helicopter tour I’ve taken. The poor customer experience was even more disappointing than the flight itself. Save your time and money and choose another company.
