Traveler reviews
Very good experience
Very good tour, superb mosque, the guide was very kind and friendly: thank you Moncef
A recommended visit
The mosque is spectacular, but the Spanish-speaking guide was very, very lacking in their explanations. Even so, it was worth it.
Wonderful guide
We booked the day before for the next day. Everything was smooth, good directions to the meeting point thanks to the link sent on WhatsApp. Upon arriving, we were a little scared when seeing the size of the group, but in the end, the guide was audible. It would have been a shame to miss that because the guide was really wonderful: funny and interesting! In short, a very good tour and a mosque to see.
Very impressive visit to the truly imposing mosque
The tour was very entertaining, the building itself is truly impressive. Before the visit, I had told my family that we did not necessarily have to visit the mosque. Now - after having visited it - I am glad that we were able to experience this tour; an experience I would not want to have missed.
Nothing premium about this tour operator!
Save your money and blood pressure by cutting out this useless “middle man” tour operator and just buy your ticket in the box office. Disclaimer: This is not a review for the actual tour of the Hassan Mosque. The tour itself is excellent. This review is a reflection of my experience in dealing with Premium Transfers and Tours, whose only job was to communicate a meeting point and get us inside the door. To begin with, it is important to say, we were staying in an apartment that overlooked the mosque, and were literally 5 minutes from the location. I sent a message to Premium Transfers and Tours the day before the tour, as we hadn’t heard from them, enquiring about the location for the meeting point, to ensure we would be in the right place at the right time. The company did not respond. My wife followed up the next morning at 11:30am, as we still had no response. We received a generic message asking for our booking reference. Once provided, we received a message to say “meet before the ticket office”, however, the Mosque grounds are very large and we could not see a ticket office from where we were. By this point it was almost 11:55 and we were getting stressed about being late for the tour. We were finally sent a location for the ticket office And were told one of the company representative would be waiting for us. We managed to make it to the location at 12pm exactly, and could not find a representative. We messaged again and were told to look for a man in a black jacket. Nowhere to be found… Moments later a man in a white t-shirt (!) appeared and told us to head into the ticket office. We found the ticket office empty, apart from a security guard, who could see we were getting quite flustered by the experience. The security guard kindly led us in the right direction to another man in a white t-shirt, who basically just pointed us through the door of the Mosque. I fail to see what we paid this tour operator for, as we could have just bought the ticket ourselves and followed the crowd. All this company had to do was communicate a location effectively, and they couldn’t even manage that, despite my wife proactively asking them for some clarity the day before! I would never use this company again. I suggest others should avoid them at all cost.
