Itinerary
Choose your suitable time for the class, then head on to the destination- Cafe Minh (53 Lương Ngọc Quyến street), only a few meters from Ta Hien Beer street. Meet the teacher whom will introduce everything to you from the history, the culture. Roll up your sleeves and prepare the ingredient. Step by step, you'll be explain carefully and thoroughly the way of making your coffee. Here's some of the recipes we teach: - The internationally famous egg coffee. Labor-intensive and easily satisfying enough to make it well worth the work. learn the magic. - Hanoi-style expresso-strength milk coffee. Several small details make it great! - Saigon-style milk coffee. A tad sweeter than Hanoian with 3 secret drops. After class, feel free to stay to enjoy and compare your creations on our balcony or open front sidewalk area and compare your various creations as you plan your next adventure and if you need any of the making materials for take-home, we carry everything and can set you right up pronto.

It super worth and lovely time. My fav coffee is egg coffee. And its fun time with her Lena ! She is so kind and intelligent and smart and fun. We had a great time ! It makes my trip special too. And she gave a lot tips!! U should book rn!!!!

Today I learnt to make a few Vietnamese coffees with Devin. We had a lovely time talking about both our cultures and countries. The coffees were delicious. Devin is also a tour guide for Hanoi. I had a great time and highly recommended Devin. Thank you.

Evelyn was absolutely fantastic running our egg coffee class! She made the whole experience feel relaxed, fun, and really easy to follow. Her instructions were clear, and she took the time to explain not just the steps, but the story behind the coffee as well, which made it even more special. Would definitely recommend :)
