Full description

We meet at the dive shop in Tamarindo at 7.00am, you try on the gear and go to the beach, where we board the boat that takes us to Catalinas Islands on a 40 minutes ride. There we do 2 dives at 2 different spots, we are usually back at around 12.00pm.

The Catalinas Islands are an archipelago of islands that offer around 20 different dive spots. We usually can spot reef sharks, different kind of rays (including manta rays, best time of the year January to March), turtles, as well as a big variety of fish, octopuses, nudibranch,...

A guia Mariana foi muito simpática e instrutiva. O tour passa pelos principais pontos relevantes do centro de San José. A comida servida no final do tour é o ponto alto. Poderiam cobrar um pouco menos para termos um melhor custo benefício aqui. Mesmo assim vale a pena, pois andar por conta própria no centro de San José pode ser perigoso.

Very informative, my guide was very kind and helpful, she was one of the best guides I’ve ever had. And even thought it was just me and her she made it very memorable in so many ways, food and drinks were amazing 10/10 would do this tour again!
