Interactive, Beautifully Done, and Full of Irish Hospitality

The Guinness Storehouse was one of the highlights of our time in Dublin. The exhibits were extremely well done — visually engaging, interactive, and paced in a way that kept the experience interesting from beginning to end without ever feeling overwhelming or dull. What stood out even more, though, was the kindness of the staff. One especially memorable moment happened in the area where visitors can pay to have their photo printed onto the head of a Guinness. My friend mentioned that she wanted to get a picture of herself on one to her son, who was celebrating his 50th birthday (and who is a VERY big Guinness fan!) and the employee working there simply smiled and waved her in without charging her. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the experience feel especially personal. A really enjoyable visit all around, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Dublin.

A wonderful experience to...

A wonderful experience to learn about Guinness and the art of brewing they have protected as well as the Guinness family and the wonderful way they have developed their organization! I loved that they champion their home of Dublin! Wonderful tour!! And of course, there is the pint at the end with that spectacular view!

Go only if you like the beer

This was an excellent marketing of Guinness and if you like it, I'd highly recommend it. However we're not connoisseurs so we could have skipped it. There is the most spectacular view of Dublin in the tap room on top, along with lots of dining options. The grounds and repurposing of the plant is pretty cool, but definitely not a must see IMO. Best ticket deal is directly through the Guinness website, if you subscribe you might get lucky and get a BOGO offer, which was the case for April.

Must do

You can’t possibly go to Dublin and not visit the Guinness Storehouse. Super well organized and worth the visit.

This was a great...

This was a great experience - the one small “ “complaint” perhaps was the sheer volume or amount of people being shuffled through! I was with my grandfather (80 y/o & a relatively young 80 mind you, just mildly hard of hearing) and he states the crowd was a lot & had a hard time hearing staff members.
